Research. If a yarn or fabric doesn’t exist, the AV team study it and bring it into industrial production. Challenges are the most fascinating part of our work. For many years, Elena has been part of the Research Area at Pitti in Florence, contributing to defining the trends for the following season. Over the years, she has brought seemingly impossible projects to life. What’s truly wonderful is that it’s not always necessary to produce large quantities of fabric. For a prototype, they can create exactly what’s needed for a presentation, or they can produce the few meters required for testing or a show.

In her workshop, she develops fabric collections for the fashion and interior industry, Elena’s works are based on the search for harmony between different materials, shapes and colors. She maintains that a good fabric is only that which makes her smile and lightens her soul. In addition to consulting, she produces with her collaborators, small limited productions for companies that appreciate the uniqueness of her work.
